Transitioning to the Self Determination Program can be confusing and overwhelming.

We will help you navigate the steps to getting started, help you create a person-centered plan, identify any unmet needs, and work with you and the Regional Center to create your budget and get it approved.

We ensure that you feel informed and centered in the decision process, and empowered and supported in your choices.

We work with you, the Regional Center, and your Financial Management Service (FMS) to create a spending plan that meets your needs for the next year.

We work with your employees and/or vendors to get them onboarded with your SDP and ensure that your SDP is set up correctly and you have supports in place to manage it effectively.

You may have already started the process of transitioning to the SDP program.

If you already have a person-centered plan, we can help you develop your budget, get it signed, and develop your spending plan.

We will work with the Regional Center and your FMS to get your SDP set up correctly, onboard employees and/or vendors, and ensure you have the supports in place to efficiently manage your program throughout the year.

You may just be starting the Self-Determination Program or continuing in the program, but have found the ongoing management to be stressful or overwhelming.

Coordinating with your FMS and the regional center can be a lot of work, especially if there are any changes to your needs or services during the fiscal year.
